At Ollie’s Carpet Cleaning, LLC (DBA Ollie’s Cleaning), we stand behind the quality of our work and strive to provide excellent service to every customer. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to making things right if you're not fully satisfied.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will schedule a follow-up visit within 7 days of your initial contact to address and correct any concerns related to the service performed.

Important Notes

  • Follow-up visits are limited to concerns directly related to the original service.

  • We do not guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, or damage, especially when conditions are pre-existing or beyond the reach of professional cleaning.

  • Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for re-cleaning.
