A legal disclaimer

By booking a service with Ollie’s Carpet Cleaning, LLC, doing business as Ollie’s Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both our clients and our business and to ensure a clear understanding of our services.

1. Service Area

We proudly serve residential and commercial clients in Northern Colorado. Service outside this area may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • We ask that someone 18 years or older be present during the service.

  • Please allow a 1-hour arrival window for your technician.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Access & Preparation

  • Areas to be cleaned must be accessible and free of clutter or fragile items.

  • We do not move large, heavy, or delicate furniture unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • For safety, please keep pets and children away from cleaning areas during service.

4. Stains & Cleaning Results

  • While we use professional-grade equipment and products, no guarantee is made that all stains, odors, or damage can be fully removed.

  • Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of carpet or fabric.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.

  • A service fee may apply for returned or failed payments.

6. Liability

  • Ollie’s Carpet Cleaning is insured and operates with care and professionalism.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose carpet seams, furniture scratches, or fading from previous cleanings.

  • Client agrees to notify us of any known issues in advance (e.g., damaged carpet, previous water damage, etc.).

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address concerns.

8. Health & Safety

We use eco-friendly, pet- and family-safe products whenever possible. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know prior to your appointment.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, accidents, illness, or equipment failure.

10. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
