Do you use high quality equipment and products?
Absolutely. We invest in professional-grade, truck-mounted steam extraction systems and use only premium solutions that are safe for your family and pets.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
We recommend every 6 - 12 months depending on traffic, pets, and kids. Regular cleaning extends carpet life and improves indoor air quality.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
Typically 2- 8 hours, depending on which cleaning process was chosen, ventilation, temperature and humidity. Because of our powerful extraction process with a hot steam, rinse, OR our very low moisture cleaning process, carpets dry faster than with many competitors.
Will all the stains come out?
While we can't guarantee 100% stain removal (no one can!), we use advanced pre-spotting techniques, CRB agitation, and steam rinsing that significantly increase the chance of complete removal - even with tough stains. Traffic lane wear/abrasions to carpet fibers will be permanent.
Do you provide carpet cleaning for both residents and businesses?
Yes, we proudly offer professional carpet cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. Whether it's your home, office, retail space, or rental property, we've got you covered!
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe for everyone in your home, including babies and pets. We also offer an All Natural cleaning solution for sensitive environments!

Do you move furniture?
We'll carefully move smaller furniture (like chairs and end tables) and clean around larger pieces. We offer optional furniture moving pricing on each service tier. For heavier furniture like beds, and dressers, we can discuss options during your appointment.
Do you have a job minimum?
Yes, my job minimum is $125 for anywhere in the Northern Colorado area (25 mile radius)!
Is there anything I should do to prepare?
Yes, a little preparation helps us do our best work! We kindly ask that pets are kept safely out of the way during your appointment to ensure their comfort. If possible, please leave space in your driveway for our van—this allows us to access our equipment easily and get started right away.
